How do I get all of jiggily's puff targets???huh??i can't figure this out!!!!

For the bottom row of Jigglypuff's Targets, try the following movements:
Fall to the left, hold left, jump to the left, hit the Target, jump to the left, hit the Target, jump to the left, jump to the left and hit the last Target.
