Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee
I hav 2 questions
1) how in the world do you beat the target test for young link (at least tell me how to get out of the hole at the beginning)?
2)does anyone hav any tips for hitting really far in the home run contest?

1) thing in the game they didn't tell you how to do, you jump up to one of the side walls, and press X (or) Y and towards the other wall, it's sort of hard to do at first but with practice you can do it, and just keep doing that up it, need you get close to the top press B and up to get out.
2) use Roy, stand really close to it, press A up, charge it for a second, then release, while the sandbag is up charge it up again, then a third time, make sure it lands before you release or it might go flying out to the right, then after the third one, it's up in the air, time is running close, while it's goin up press and hold B, try to get it at full charge, you should have about 108% on it, and boom it's goin at least 1,000, yoshi jump above the sandbag and press A and down, if you do it right you can do 25% each jump, and if your good you can get 4 of those in, use the home run bat and boom you sent it above 1,000 again, ganondorf, do the A and up charge like with roy, then use the home run bat and again it goes 1,000, you can also get about 900ish with fox pressing his B move real fast non stop

1.You have to jump to wall to wall,I think it's called the wall jump.
2.use Yoshi.

1) You have to wall jump out - stand on the bottom right, jump to the left wall - once you touch the wall, hit right - once you touch the other wall, hit left; continue until you get to the top.
2) In order to hit the Sandbag farther, you'll have to find a way to get the Sandbag's percentage up higher - try using Yoshi's Flutter Attack (jump, down+A) about 5 times to get the Sandbag's percentage up to around 100%, then nail him with the Homerun Bat to get the Paper Mario Trophy and Yoshi's Island!

To escape the hole jump at the wall and as soon as you hit it tap the control stick in the other direction do this to reach the top.
As for Home Run Contest I like to use Fox's laser attack because it's fast and pretty effective and won't accidently knock him off the edge.

Wall jump. Jump on the wall, then jump with your control pad facing the opposite direction to jump in that direction
