How do you see how times you have beat classic mode with certian characters and how many times they beat it??

Go to Trophies Classics.

You can't see how meany times a character has beat classic mode.

From the initial Menu, click on Trophies, then click on Gallery, then hit the B button - this'll give you a list of your Trophies and how many of each of them you have. The number of Trophies you have for each character indicates how many times you beat Classic Mode, then Adventure Mode and then All-Star Mode with them!

Go to the Trophy Gallery and click B. It should say how many trophies of what you have. That way you can see how many times you have done so.
