You have to try to hit the two pink ice climbers off the cliff.

Try to seperate them. Smash them up or down. It usually sends them apart. Then kill the little pink one. Repeat. It is a bit tricky I suppose. Keep trying. Good luck.

O.k I have completely beaten the game including event match#21 it is hard, I beat it using roy or was it young link?never mind point keep trying with your BEST character I suggest using the Z button to grab them then throw them off the edge w/e one you have to kill I forget

Event Match #21: Ice Breaker as whoever you're the best with.
This one is quite tricky - out of the four Ice Climbers (2 Pairs) you need to KO the 2 Nanas (the Pink Ones); KOing a Popo (a Blue One) will Fail the Match.
Since all they do is jump up and down - use that to your advantage - go hit a Pair to separate them and then attack the Pink Ones!

You can use kirby to suck them(the pink ones)up and blow them of the cliff
