The "beast chacter" or "best character" for Event #50: Final Destination Match is undoubtedly Ganondorf!
With one Life, you are required to deal 300% damage to each of the 2 Hands (Master Hand and Crazy Hand). It really helps if you know their attack patterns - they have signals that identify which attack they are going to use next - so if you know them - you can dodge them!!
Ganondorf's up+A Smash Move can deal up to 50% damage; another key is to focus on one Hand at a time - once you get rid of one, it's easy to beat the other!!!

Ganondorfs up A move deald 50 damage in one hit at the highest so ganondorf is the player of choice for this

I would recommend Ganondorf. Stand under one of the hands and use his up A smash attack. Repeat it until the hand dies. If the smash attack is fully charged then it deals more damage so try that if you can. I would advise you go for the Crazy Hand first.

Sorry thi is so late: 2. I noticed something when the credits apear after you beat 1P mode. There's one credit that apears on it's own and when you shoot it, it says: Voice - Popo. And I know who Popo is, he's that Karate guy from earthbound. And I don'y recall that you hear his voice anywere! So, is he a secret character??? I know this proboly isn't true.
Popo is 1 of the ice climbers, they are Nana and Popo

I beleive that I was the one that said that; not nintendo_dude.
Basically, just use your best character. If not, Ganondorf's ^+A smash attack works quite well.

Well if you've played Kirby and the Amazing Mirror event 50 is just like level 9's boss. Level 9's boss is Master Hand and Crazy Hand, if you didn't notice, Kirby is the best at 2 on 1 matches.
