You need Jigglypuff and Mewtwo I think...
Jigglypuff: Complete either Classic Mode or Adventure Mode or play a total of 50 Melee vs. Matches.
Mewtwo: Play a total of 20 hours in Melee vs. Mode or play a total of 700 Melee vs. Matches.
Once you beat Event Match #37, you'll fight and be able to earn a new Character!
