It only happened once...
On event 33, the captain falcon race, I tried a lot of times to beat it, but only ONE time, c. Falcon RAN AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT! Is it a glitch? Or is it supposed to be like that? If it is, how come I cannot do it again? Please answer.
PS- How do you wall jump? I tried to do Y. Link's break the targets, but I can only hit 1. How do you get up there?
Thanks!

What are you talking about? Speed of light? Must be a glitch!
As for the wall jump - I use the gray analog stick and when you jump up to the right against a wall, I just move the stick to the left and Young Link jumps off of the wall on the right to the wall on the left...
Hope that helps =)
For Event 33:Captain Falcon's event is designed for him to run very fast, thats how you do the level very quick!
Wall Jump:Not all charecters can do this,Link and Y.Link are great wall jumpers so use them if you want to just get used to wall jumping
He is supposed to run extremely fast, that's what the event is about. Perhpas that was the only time you actually were running.
P.S. Hit that target first and the jump into one side of the wall, when you touch it move the opposite direction, then again and again, do your second jump and third (B^) jump to get on top.
Ohh it's not a glitch if it's the one where you got to dodge the cars by getting on platforms then it's not a glitch
