Ok, so they were on the SNES, but they aren't copywrites of Nintendo. If you want to play as Goku, Buu and Uub, buy DBZ Budokai 3.
PS. If I sound harsh, Soz. I'm playing FFX-2 on PS2 at the minute and Trema keeps kicking my arse over and over.

No you can't get goku and buu the only secret charcters you can get are mew2 mr game and watch[he is only an stickman] marth falco ganandorf pichu ect
