How do you unlock all-star mode, and how long do you have to wait to unlock Mewtwo with two controllers?

Unlock all characters, 20 hours
Here's how to unlock all characters though:
Luigi: Complete Stage 1 in Adventure Mode with the two in the seconds column and complete Adventure Mode
Dr. Mario: Complete Classic with Mario
Ganondorf: Complete Event #29 Triforce Gathering
Young Link: Complete Classic with all default characters including Link and Zelda
Falco: Complete 100 Man Melee
Jigglypuff: Complete Classic on any single difficulty without losing a stock/life
Mewtwo: Play 20 hours of Melee
Pichu: Complete Event #36 Legendary Pokemon
Marth: Play Melee with all default characters
Roy: Complete Classic with Mario without losing a stock/life
Mr. Game and Watch: Complete Classic with all characters
