Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee

There are some bonuses I can't seem to get. I did exactly what they wanted me to and I still didn't get it. They are mario maniac, shape shifter, and gourmet. Can someone please help me. Also, how do you throw away a hammer for the hammer throw bonus?

They are fake bonuses. You can't unlock them.

Gourmet:where you get all the food that appears in the stage
Mario Maniac: I don't know
Shape Shifter: I heard that a Ditto can come out of a Pokeball sometimes. Maybe you have to get a Ditto(Very Low Chances of getting a Ditto)

To get the hammer throw bonus you have to first get a broken hammer. A broken hammer is a hammer where the head falls off. You can then pick up the head and throw it at people as a regular projectile while the person who picked up the broken hammer will still be hammering away with a harmless piece of wood.
