Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee
On Super Smash Bros. Melee, is Sonic, Tails, Shadow, Knuckles, Master Hand, Silly Hand, Rayman, Waluigi, Wario, Micky Mouse Donald Duck, Yu-gi-oh, Vacume Luigi, Goku, Gohan, Giga Bowser, Metal Man, Siria, Koopa and Perin as characters of my choosing, if they're available, PLEASE tell me how to get them!
I need to know if they can be usable beacause my friend told me they can be gotten and my other friend said he is lying and I'm stuck in the middle.

Your other friend is right. He's full of crap because none of those characters can be gotten! Believe me I have completed the game 100% and those characters can't be unlocked. If you have an action replay then you can unlock master hand but he just sits there and doesn't even attack.

Sonic and Tails were an April fool's joke submitted by Electronic Gaming Monthly. As for the other characters? DEAR GOD NO! Except Wario. You can get him by selecting Mario and changing his clothes. He has all of the same moves as Mario, and there's an "M" on his hat, but he has Wario's colors.

Master hand and Giga Bowser can be got ONLY on action replay. The rest aren't on the game.

NONE of those characters are winable!
If you want to know all of the characters you CAN win, I think I typed them on the Hints page. ;)

I believe some of those characters are obtainable.
Master Hand, CRAZY (not silly) Hand, Giga Bowser, and Koopa are obtainable via Action Replay or other cheating device.
I believe that Waluigi and Wario are obtainable via glitching your game (consult the one known as Cez).
I'm not sure about the rest, Cez would know.
