Ganondorf is probably your best bet but Samus and Donkey Kong are also good. Use their up A smash attacks to kill the bosses quickly. Take care of the master hand first, then go on to the crazy hand. The most important thing is to avoid their attacks instead of just trying to hit them at all cost.

Volke answered:

Ganondorf's the man for this. When the match begins, immediately run underneath the Crazy Hand and start using his upwards smash attack (up and A, the double-kick one). It lands a heavy blow on the Crazy Hand's HP. Keep repeating this until the Crazy hand dies, which shouldn't take long. Make sure you know what attacks are coming to you thought, and dodge them in the best way possible. Use the same strategy on the Master Hand. The only difference is that the Master Hand is somewhat easier on his own, and puts up a poorer job fighting solo than the Crazy Hand does.

Kaisern_x answered:

Use Yoshi's down A attack. If you exicute it right, it does up to 48 damage.

TwilightPrince answered:

Use your character your good with to beat them.

Glitchmaster117 answered:

1.Use DK's up b(spinning kong)on Crazy Hand first until it dies then go for Master Hand. Roy will also work, just make sure you have enough time to charge up his b move(flare blade) and it will do 50% damage but 10% to himself.
2.Not without Action Replay.

masterwdisaster answered:

Use Bowser's up smash attack, alot. Then run, jump, rinse and repeat.

sheiny answered:

Event Match #50: Final Destination Match
Character: Whoever you're the best with (I suggest Ganondorf for this one)
Opponents: Master Hand & Crazy Hand (each with 300HP)
Arena: Final Destination
It helps if you know their attacks - they usually have a signal that lets you know what they're about to do so you can dodge it. Also, focus on one hand at a time - once one's gone, it's easy to beat the other. Lastly, use Ganondorf's smash up+A attack - it's the strongest and most effective against the Hands!

powahawk answered:

Event 50: Best character to use it Yoshi, with his amazing power of the power of his Down+A Move, which will deal lots of damage to kill the Hand brothers faster. Best start with Crazy Hand, because he can be annoying with more moves than Master Hand. Also kill either Hand quickly so the Hand brothers won't have time for a combo attack or combo attacks, which can blow you off stage and/or deal lots of damage to you.

powahawk answered:

I also forgot that you can't unlock Master or Crazy Hand.
