Um...do you know that there's a slow down switch behind where you start? After you press that, follow this strategy: after the Blue blob you're trying to get past currently bounces, run like heck across the circular part. Lather, rinse, repeat until you reach the goal!
When you start out turn around and there is a platform with a play switch that makes them go slower.
Don't bother with the switch behind you, you can just run through it. Right when you hit the ground hold up on the control stick.
