As soon as you fall down the waterfall and go under water, just let yourself sink to the bottom where the eel is while dodging the bubbles. Enter his mouth, spray the teeth and clean as many as you can. When he swallows you, he should spit you back out - then go find some coins (use them sparingly, only get as many as you need to restore your heath to full). This is no challenge. Takes patience.
Go down till you find the eel and spray the teeth. If he swallows you,go to the coins and recover yourself. If you need water, it should come automatically or you can pop the bubbles for water. Keep doing this for the Shine Sprite.
