ok, on top of the lighthouse there is a little fire looking thing what is it?

I'm not sure which Lighthouse you're referring to? Is it in Gelato Beach or Delfino Plaza? It's probably nothing - if it doesn't do anything when you Spray it with water or Yoshi's Juice, dont' worry about it; but make sure that you do actually Spray it with water and Yoshi's Juice!

Just charge up you rocket nozzle, jump straight up, and liftoff. Then, at the crest(top) of your jump, do a ground pound and you will go flying down and break the fire tablet. It will turn into a shine sprite. YAY!!!! One more shine sprite for you.

Oh yeah, crunkness is right - use the Rocket Nozzle to get on top of the Lighthouse, then use the Rocket Nozzle again to fly up high and finally, hit L way up in the air to do a Ground Pound and reveal the Shine...

It's a rock type object that you must destroy to get a shine sprite. First, you should already have the rocket nozzle, so charge it up. Once it launches you up, ground pound onto it. A shine sprite will fly out and land on one of the islands to the east of it.
