Gelato Beach - Episode 3: Wiggler Ahoy! Full Steam Ahead!
To beat Wiggler, go stand by a green plant in the sand that's in Wiggler's path and when he's about to cross it, Spray it so that it flips Wiggler over. Now, just go Ground Pound (A+L) Wiggler where the arrow's pointing. Do this 2 more times to get the Shine!
It has been so long since I've played this game. When Wiggler comes close you must spray him so he turns over. Jump on him and ground-pound the segment (body part) the arrow is pointing to. This will hurt him. You must repeat this twice. Beware though, he gets faster as you progress.
