Question for Super Mario Sunshine

I need help asap Ok so You know the 3rd level of pinna park where you get red coins I can't find more than 5 help also I have 24 sun sprites and that light by the main dock is there I look up and there and I'm supposted to go to niko island but nothing happens

So on the third level on pinna park there are some hidden in the water this is one of the most difficult red coin levels in the whole game so it will take some looking. And for the Niko island, you may not have enough sprites yet. Try to get a few more and come back. If this doesn't work this your game probably has a glitch in it. Hope this helped!

For the Episode at Pinna Park, where you have to get the Red Coins around the Pirate Ships ride: 1 is at top of stairs to ride, 2 are above decks of both swinging ships, other 5 are atop/under green mesh around the ride.
Normal way: jump across 2 ships, jump to green mesh walkway, L to get rid of 2 Koopas underneath, L to get under flip gate and get 4th Red Coin. A to get through 2 flip gates. Cling to bottom of green mesh going upwards. A to knock off 3 Koopas above and get 5th Red Coin. Return to 2 flip gates at base and get on top green mesh going upwards and 6th Red Coin is at top.
Return to mesh walkway after pirate ships. Jump and hover to cling to green mesh to get 7th Red Coin. Enter flip gate at end with A, jump on other flip gate and flip with B, jump off and hover to top and get 8th Red Coin.

If you read the DEBS Alert scrolling at the bottom of the screen, it tells you to 'gaze into the sky' when you stand under the band of light near the dolphin statue. This gets you to Noki Bay.
Band of light appears once you have 20 Shine Sprites.
