Question for Super Mario Sunshine

I have completed the game and now I'm just a doing a few small things like getting all of the Blue Coins. However I have a couple of problems. These are two fairly complicated questions, so please don't answer them unless you're absolutely sure of the answer.

1: In the last few episodes of Gelato Beach, one of the little green sprouts in the ground becomes covered with fire stuff, that only a Yoshi can spray away. The thing is, I've looked absolutely everywhere on Gelato Beach for Yoshi, but I can't seem to find him. So if anyone knows where a Yoshi Egg is on Gelato Beach, please write back.

2: You know how in certain places there will be a Red 'X' or Circle? And if you squirt them a Blue Coin pops out somewhere else? Yeah well, there are two brown 'X's in Ricco Harbor. One on the bottom half of the lighthouse, and one on the wall of a house near the fruit pipes. Squirt one, a Blue Coin comes out of the other. I've squirted the one on the lighthouse and retrieved the Blue Coin from the cross near the fruit pipes. Now I have to do it the other way around. So I squir the X near the fruit pipes and the Blue Coin pops out ot the base of the lighthouse. I go as fast as I can to get there, but the coin disappears unusually fast, faster than any other Blue Coin does. Can someone tell me why this is, and if there's a really quick way to get to the coin once it pops out at the lighthouse (I've already tried the underground tunnels, but theat took too long as well).

1. Sorry if this is not a perfect answer.

A Yoshi egg should be in the hills somewhere.

2. I'm not sure why it disappears so fast but try diving through the underground tunnels or even better use your turbo nozzle.

It's still quuite hard but you should do it eventually.

Good luck, don't give up.

1.) There's actually 2 Blue Coins to get with Yoshi in Gelato Beach. You can get Yoshi in EPISODE 6: Red Coins in the Coral Reef.

Yoshi's Egg on a peninsula on the beach.

The Fruit that Yoshi wants can be found in the Shack on the right side (facing it from where you start) of the beach.

So give Yoshi the Fruit that he desires and ride him to the Shack where his Fruit was. By the Shack is some yellow squiggly goop that only Yoshi's spray can get rid of.

Juice it and water the Dune Bud that is uncovered. This will cause a large foot impression to form at the bottom of which is the first of the 2 Blue Coins to get with Yoshi.

The second Blue Coin is near the Shine Tower (where the Sand Bird's Egg was kept). Left of it is a wooden structure with a Beehive under it.

Take Yoshi to the Beehive and juice it until it falls and then have Yoshi eat each and every Bee to get that second of 2 Blue Coins with Yoshi!

2.) To get to that Blue Coin you're gonna need to employ a certain (fun) trick while running to increase your speed that you may not know of.

What you do is spray the X then start running for the Lighthouse. Immediately while starting to run for the Lighthouse GENTLY spray some water in front of you and DIVE into it.

STAY in the belly sliding form while holding forward to gain a LOT of speed. Slide past the fountain and straight off the edge to the Lighthouse and the Blue Coin. It may take some practice and a few tries but you can and will get it!

P.S. If there are any other Blue Coins that you need just post the description or question like you did for these!!! Good Luck Smile
