Sorry, if I'm thinking of the wrong one but there are so many of these obstacle courses in this game.

On Sirena beach story four I think you have to go to the casino in the hotel.

Pinna Park - Episode 6: The Yoshi-Go-Round's Secret
I'm not sure what you're trying to do with those orange boxes but to beat the Episode (which is what I think you're trying to do) you'll need Yoshi.

Yoshi's Egg is found on the ledge after the tree on the right hand side of the level (from the entrance) near the wood carving with an X on it (to the right of the swinging Pirate Ships).

The Fruits that Yoshi may want are a Banana (found on a ledge nearby) - a Pineapple (at the top of that hill next to Yoshi's Egg) - a Durian (the spiky thing - by the fountain) - a Coconut (by the tree near the Pirate Ships) - a Pear (located in the nostril of the wood carving).

You'll need an orange Yoshi (make Yoshi eat a Pear to make it orange) - so - once he's orange - just head over to the Yoshi-Go-Round and you'll end up in one of those stupid obstacle courses - get through it to get the Shine for this Episode.

Sirenna Beack - Episode 4: Mysterious Hotel Delfino
Enter the hotel and go to the upper/forward left corner. Talk to the Pianta and enter the Casino.

Continue to spray water in spurts on each individual slot until it shows a 7 (you can get a Boo - a Coin - 3 Coins - or a 7). When you have all 7s - the curtains open to reveal some ? Blocks.

The idea here is to flip all of the Blocks over with water to make a picture of a Shine Sprite.

Getting them all to show a Shine Sprite makes the Blocks rise - revealing a Warp Pipe. Jump in and you'll end up in another one of those stupid obstacle courses - get through it to get the Shine for this Episode.

After you finish Wall Kicking up the blocks, you have to run on the blocks. There should be three boxes close to gether.

Jump from the end of the third block to the elevator block.

Ride it up as high as it will go and jump onto the other boxes. Then, make the short jump to the Shine Sprite.

Well in sarina beach all you have to do is to go into the casino which you will find on the 1st floor with a guy in front of it.

Next go to the big slots and make them both 777.

Next spray the puzzle to get a shine sprite picture, an it'll open up and do the secret level.

Pinna Park - Episode 6: The Yoshi-Go-Round's Secret
For the first time, without FLUDD, in the secret level...
Ride orange block to other orange blocks. Go left and forward and jump on moving orange block moving in L-pattern, going forward and right. Jump to right, backflip up orange block, and wall-to-wall jump (A and joystick) up orange blocks.
Jump across gap to set of 3 orange blocks. Go left and jump on rising/falling orange block. At highest point, jump to orange blocks where Shine Sprite is (run and jump, hold down A).
For the second time, with FLUDD, getting the Red Coins...
You should have 2/8 Red Coins so far.
3RD and 4TH Red Coins at wall-to-wall jumping area. 5TH Red Coin above brick block. 6TH Red Coin high above rising/falling orange block. 7TH Red Coin towards Shadow Shine Sprite. 8TH Red Coin at orange blocks under rising/falling orange block.

Sirena Beach - Episode 4: The Secret of Casino Delfino
Talk to hotel manager Pianta in front of Hotel Delphino to get in. Talk to bellboy Pianta near reception desk to get into casino area.
You need to get 777 on both left and right Jumbo Slots. For the left one, spray each slot individually. Spray the right one and all 3 slots spin (if a ghost appears, spray until visible, then jump on it).
Then spray the 16 ? Panels until the picture of a Shine Sprite is revealed (? Usually stay flipped in pairs).
Enter the green pipe and complete the secret level.

Run past 2 sliding cubes in front, down middle, then jump onto moving cube.
Jump onto next platform. The 2 cubes in front and 1 to right smash together at the 1UP mushroom to the right, then return to the front & right of this platform, respectively. Left cube just slides up and down. 2 more sliding cubes at the end of this platform.
Jump to rotating cube (move across it's surface 3 times) and jump to wooden block ahead.
These 4 sliding blocks don't slide all the way into the left and right walls, so the only danger is not pressing A at the right time when jumping across them.
Jump and cross long rotating block in front. Jump to large rotating cube.
Head for upper right orange corner, then right to flat surface (with green and yellow corners). Run to lower right blue corner, then to surface with blue and orange corners.
Jump to platform and get Shine Sprite.
