Start by heading across the bridge into the village, go right and follow the outskirts of the level, go under the arch, walk along the grassy hill, jump across the small stream.

Make your way to the edge of the level and then make a left to find a hole in the ground by some guy who'll tell you that the hole leads to the Mayor.

Jump into the hole and ground pound (A+L) the gate to flip it and hang from under it, from there, follow the paths under the gates, avoiding the harmless enemies you encounter.

At the end, jump onto the wall gate and punch it (B) to be moved to another gated ceiling, jump onto the ceiling (A) at the other end and continue until you see a line of coins leading downward.

Drop down onto a swinging plank there and then onto the green mushroom, go across the rope to the next one, continue across a couple red mushrooms, then bounce on the green one and jump onto the gate.

Climb up and jump onto the ceiling, then make your way over to the other gate wall, hit it (B) to move across to another area, continue to a coin below a flip panel, then jump up through it (A).

Wall jump up to the land above, jump over the gate and jump across the dry surfaces, you'll reach a larger area which you can jump up a series of ledges to reach the top area.

If you are talking about epsiode 1, you have to keep squirting the Manta until all of them are in their smallest forms.

I just stand on the beach and squirt them.

You will know when they are all in their smallest forms when they all turn pink and start chasing after you.

Then you have have to squirt them all and they will disappear.
