Just get all 8 Shine Sprites in each level. I had 70 when I could go there.
NONE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BEAT SHADOW MARIO IN EACH LVL. AND don't FORGET SIRENN[ A BEACH. USE YOSHI TO EAT THE BIG PINEAPLE IN DELPHINO.
