Cool him off, then go to the base of the chain and grab it and pull him towards the hot spring. Cool him off as necessary. Pull him into the hot spring's water to get the Shine Sprite.
you press b to grab it then pull tell he turns on fire then do super slam and hose him of then pull tell you reach his bath
