How do I get my staff back from the guard in cloud runner fortress

Ok use a barrel to blow up the roof ,you gota put it on the air thing then hit the
switch, you will get a new upgrade that turns you into a dino-man. Go to gaurd and thats it.
You need to go past him and you will find a ladder leading down to a fan that doesn't work, one of those switches that you step on to start the fan, and a timer fuel barrel. First, you pick up the timer fuel barrel and quickly put it on the broken fan just above the crack in the celing. Next, you stand on the switch and wait for the bomb to explode and make the crack in the wall make a huge gap leading outside. After you do this Slippy will send you a Sharpclaw disguise that will let you fool the Sharpclaw and those shocking machines. You now can walk up to the table and get Krystal's staff back. But watch out. When you put the disguise on, it will drain a lot of your magic energy. Good luck with the rest of the game!
You are going to have to be sneaky. Quietly past the sharpclaw guard and go through the not so long tunnel. You will see a locked door up ahead go left at the opening. Put the timed bomb on the fan. Go on to the wind switch the bomb will rise. The crack will open then peppy will send you the sharpclaw disguise. Use it to trick the sharpclaw guard then you got it.
I know I know first you have to sneek round the side and go through the doorway then you go in the door (left hand side) THEN GET THE SHARPCLAW DISGUISE then you will get it hope that helps you

Help meeee I've done all of that and peppy says I think this will help you after I blow up the roof. But I don't get a disguise I still star fox ?
After pushing the block out of the wall you want to slowly go to the right past the guard and through the door. After you want to head down the ladder to the left put the timed berral on the fan and step on the pressure plate. Once the ceiling is destroyed and slippy sends you the disguise get another barrel and put it on the pressure plate. Then go up the fan and get the three gems. Then you open the c stick menu and click the sharpclaw disguise in the yellow menu. Then walk up to the guard and grab the staff.
