2nd water wheel for surfer dude

Can anybody tell me where the 2nd water wheel is?!?! Plz tell if you know!! I'm like stuck on it!! Also I need to know how to activate it!! Plz tell me if you know!!

It is the place where there is a green money bags pad and a dark gem. Destroy the dark gem and there will be a bridge that comes together. Go to the left passage and there will be a second waterwheel that you need to activate. It is bigger than the second one so it may be a little difficult.

i know even though I was stuck go on the second pad on the wheel
then keep jumping from each one be carfull when u go to the bottom tho cuz the red line goes down wen u are at the top and the middle they make the red line go up especially the top makes it go up .xx hope this helps.xxx ITS FRIGGIN HARD THO [LOL]

It depends... One wheel is in a little candle like tower is strait and to the left of the otter guy and follow a path towards the other land. In the new land, break the dark gem and take the path to the right Also there is one right near the otter dude that is giving you the task. It is located strait and then on the right.

You go out of the place where the 1st water wheel is and go straight then jump into the entrance and keep going till you find a place with a dark gem and destroy it and a path will appear and take that way to your 2nd water wheel
