First you have to go in the water under the bridge. There will be 3 hanging golden orbs that you will have to hit, and once hit a chest will appear on land. Be carful of the Spinefish! Double Jump to get back on land and open the chest - you will recieve a key. Go inside the Mayor's house and go to the bottom end of the room near the pools of water and insert the key in the stone. The gates in the pools of water will open. Go inside and you will find a healing herb. If you continue down the tunnel you will find a skeleton rat and a chest containing 100 scarabs.
