In weapon's master get to be an edge master (level 72 or up) go to chapter 4 stage 3 and beat it again and you will get a new subchapter, beat all missions and extra missions and you will get lizard man!

The truth is that you must be at the level of Edgemaster and beat every chatper on normal and extra mission or in other words beat 100% of Weapon Master.
