How do you beat the final bosses metalsonic and eggman in sonicthehedgehog2

Metal sonic you have to jump on his forehead and dodge his moves, but don't get greedy only hit him once per time he shows his head or his spikes will kill you. And be sure to bounce away after you hit him. Dr Robotnick is all about timing. Let him land, he will walk 4 steps forward and one step back putting his feet together. He flies out of the screen and begins to target you. Go to the far right end of the screen to let him target you, then quicky spin attack to the left side of the screen letting him land on the right side of the screen. He will then lean over and shoot his arms at you. I suspect this is where you get killed alot. It's tough to figure out the timing at first. As soon as he leans toward you to shoot the first arm (and this is the tricky timing part) run and jump over the first arm after it shoots and hit him in the chest, as soon as you hit him you have to bounce back immedietely, so bounce off his chest and run as fast as you can away from him to the left side of the screen. If you time it right, you will bounce over the first arm as it is returning, and as you start running away after hitting him the second arm will miss you as well. It's nerve wrecking because you have to hit him around 8 to 10 times and if you miss the timing just once you will die. But with patience and timing you will beat him in no time. Hope I helped.

Here are metalsonic's moves if you beat him in under 30 seconds. ..................Lands, hit him 3 times and bounce to the middle jump when he spins at you going left. When he gets to the other side hit him 3 times. (Tricky) Right after the third hit he will launch at you going right then left. Hit him again 3 times, quicky go to the middle and stay there. He will launch and go right over you. Hit him another 3 times. BOOM!!!!!!
I have yet to beat the Death Egg Walker.

If you want to do it manually then I cannot help you, but you can do it by cheating. 1st enter the cheat for level select (Sound Test tunes 19, 65, 09, 17). Press Start, hold B and press Start. You are on the level select screen. Then to get Debug mode click on the sound test box in the corner, play the tunes 01, 09, 09, 02, 01, 01, 02, 04, hold B and press start on the Death Egg. When Metal Sonic charges, press A to morph and not get hurt. Then keep repeating until he blows up. If you don't want to morph when he hits you, then morph into a ring (if you are not a ring you can press B to change forms) and clone yourself lots of times (X to clone). Collect the rings and you will not die. For the Egg Walker when he launches up and targets you, morph and move to the side a bit (go to the back of him and when he launches his bombs go to the other side by morphing). Then, jump up and hit him. Repeat until he dies. Then the credits will roll and all you have to do is sit back and be proud of yourself.

PS When you fight the Egg Walker it is tricky. If you don't move to the side enough, he'll crush you.
