Amy has 2 power ups. You can earn both of them by first of all beating eggman's score on Hedgehog hammer and then getting higher than something like 6000 points on it.
You can unlock this upgrade where it allows you to spin continuously and the second upgrade is an optional one which can give you a bigger hammer.
I'm not sure how many. Theres one in the olden times echinda place. One on Eggmans ship...thats all I know
Theres only 2 upgrades for amy and because I'm a nice guy I tell you how many upgrades everyone else has. Sonic has 3 or 4,E102 has 2, knukles has 2,andbig has 4,and tails has 2 hope I heped.
There are two upgrades for Amy. The first one is the Warrior Feather which you get after getting more than 2000 points, which is also Dr.Robotnik's high score.
The second one is the Long Hammer which you get after beating your own highscore or gaining more than 4000 points.
