A couple times I think I saw my chao breathe fire at my character and a another time a chao tried to breathe fire.
What I want to know is, can they do that? And if they can...how can I get them to do it again?
Did it happen to anyone else, or is it just me?

Yeah, dragons make them breathe fire, skunks spray, bunnies make them stomp, they all have different things they do, those are the only ones I remember
