Question for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

Alright, I know that if I connect the GBA cable to the gamecube and enter the Tiny Chao Garden, I can not disconect it unless I have Sonic Advance or Sonic Advance 2 in the gameboy. Does this work with Sonic Advance 3?

Wow. You totally missed it. Anyway, you CAN disconnect the GBA even if you don't have a game in the GBA. The only difference is that you CAN NOT turn off the GBA. If you do, The chao copy will disapear. That's why it has a sleep mode. I can't really remember how to activate it, I think you push "start" and select "sleep mode". This will make the GBA seem like it's off. DO NOT TURN OFF THE GBA. Sleep mode is almost like having it off, but the battery light will still be on. To exit "Sleep Mode", press L, R, and Select at the same time. As for SA3, It doesn't have a TCG. I've search the internet for more info, but every place I go says there is no TCG in SA3.
