Be nice with it with a dark character (Rouge, Shadow, Eggman) and be mean with it with a hero character (Sonic, Knuckles, Tails). I usually just have my dark characters be nice to the chao, I don't even have my hero characters be mean to it but you can if you want to.
Get a chao that you want to turn into a devil chaos chao make sure it loves the dark characters(Shadow Dr.Eggman Rouge)Let it evolve rencarnate evolve rencarnate.Then feed it all 21 animals ONCE.Last wait for it to evolve into a devil chaos chao.

Make it love you with a dark character and then get it to be 6 years old and then it will reincarnate if the cacoon is pink. Do this twice. Once you have done this. Give it all 21 animals ONLY ONCE. Then keep being nice to it until it evolves
