You can leave your gamecube on for a while(in the chao garden), go do something else, and come back and see if your chao aged

Guest answered:

Yeah leave your gamecube on when your go to bed or when you are going to school because it only takes like 3-5 hours for your chao to age and like 15 hours for your chao to reincarnate if ti likes you

dude the chao garden uses Les electricity out of the whole game
Guest answered:

it didnt work because mine was on for 12 hours and 2 recarnated and 1 age to 1 year old rip off

Guest answered:

Put down chao fruit/nuts. A whole bunch just in case it gets hungry, it'll feed it's self. Move your character to a place where a chao can't and stay there for a while. It takes about 3-5 hours for a chao to age. Oh and if you want it to die and come back as an egg than make the chao like you a lot, otherwise it will die and never come back.

Just wait 3 or 5 hrs I'm 8 years old I love my childhood

Guest answered:

I'm not sure how to age a chao, sorry about that, but I tried all the answers above and the arent working for me. I was gone for like 3 hours and the didnt reincarnate or even age at all. If your still reading this and you didnt stop reading when I said I didnt know any ways to age them, I have heard from many people that by raising their stamina and other stats, you can make the chao reincarnate at age 5. This tactic can also be used for agin, though I have not yet tried this. Have fun with the game. 1 got all the emblums yesterday. Lol.

I don't know any certain ways to age your chao faster, sorry about that. But I have heard that if you rise your chao's stats up very high that your can possibly age them up to higher ages then reincarnate but I haven't tried it yet. I hope this helps. Have fun playing. I just collected all the emblums yesterday. Lols.

Guest answered:

You can leave the game on over night but you can also go to the hero garden and put the Chao behind the fallen pillar and give it animals and do something else, but don't leave them there to long or they might reincarnate become a Chao you might not want it to be.

Guest answered:

Yes, there is a way to age them a lot faster. If you have heard of the aging trick, then use that method, if not, ill each you it.
#1-Give it lots of fruit after the animal/drive choice is done. This speeds up evolution from 3-5 hours to 30 minutes or less.
#2-Keep it isolated. Chao are much easier to age when alone, because you don't have to worry about others.
#3-Either treat it really bad or really good. Reason why?Because really bad means it is waiting to die, while really good is just going by the phrase"Time flies when your having fun".
If none of this works, then just sit and wait.

There are many ways to make your chao age faster. The best way is to just fruit spam it. Keep giving it as much fruit as possible. As soon as my chao turned two, I made it level 85 in stamina using fruit and it quickly turned three. This doesn't mean it will age instantly though.
I don't think there are any other ways to speed it up, but there are ways to prevent things from slowing it down.
If you think the chao is near reincarnation then try to keep it out of water, because it can't enter the cocoon when in the water.
Always keep yourself and the chao in the garden. Time only passes when the chao is in the garden with you. So when you're playing levels or it's in the classroom, it will not age.
The last thing you can do is keep it as isolated as possible with not much many chao in the same garden.
I keep all my chao in the hero garden, those I don't want to age in the normal garden and those I need to age fast in the dark garden.
It's always best to leave the game on when in the garden for a few hours.

Guest answered:

Put your chao in the hero garden and wait because I heard that time goes by faster in the hero garden and spam feed them thats what I did hope thos helps

Guest answered:

I’m pretty sure you can’t on Xbox without hacking, but I think you can do it on steam/computer!

Guest answered:

Either leaving it on (after the first evolution) when you are not on or feeding it lots of fruits (Before evolution, I'm guessing 15 levels since that's the amount I fed my chao and it evolved). Hero Garden is also the fastest garden to evolve (not age)

Guest answered:

The only way to age your chow is to be present in the chao garden, time only passes whilst you’re inside the garden.

Guest answered:

Well I know this thread is extremely old but I’ll go ahead and answer your question anyway just in case anybody else may be wondering. So to get your Chao to age quickly you’re going to have to stay in the Chao Garden with it for a while or the better option would be to leave your game on unpaused over night and when you wake up you’ll see that your Chao has gotten quite old. A chao’s life is usually 15-25 hours real time and 1 Chao year is 192 minutes so around every three hours they will age
