The answer to that question is use sonic in metal harbor and rouge at dry lagoon and collect 10 peacocks you will have to exit and return twice to do this on each sonic and routes boards then feed the desired chao the peacocks purple potions are fine to but this makes there states rise higher and then you'll notice your chaos head is becoming pointier and much more bigger the ball over it's head should still be yellow then when it evolves there will be no music an it should come out chubby with green lightish unnoticable blue and pink wings that are big I hope this helped
