A chao and two of my trees I planted disappeared. What happened and can I get them back ????

The trees will not come back. They live for a while, giving fruit while they are alive, then they wither and die. As for your Chao, I don't know for sure what happened but if you cannot find it anywhere it might have died :(
They all died so you can't get them back ever again sadly you must of been mean to the chao if it died
