Question for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle

Hello guys

I just want to say that I have a Chao with all S ranks. It was hard to do, but I dont do it for nothing.
I have one question.

How many times can a Chao transform before it dies?

Chao can transform for an unlimited amount of times if you know how. You start with the egg and after awile it will transform himself into an adult. A long time after that It will transform into either a grey cocoon or a pink cocoon. If the cocoon is gray, then your chao is dead. Get out the sad funeral songs. If its pink it will become an egg. And the process begins again. If you get a chaos chao than it will never transform again becaus it is now immortal.
Oh and the way to determine whether its pink or gray is whether your nice to it or not.
