There is one in spooky forest right after you burro blast the third tree.

There is another shop in the prison break level I can't remember where though sorry.

There is one in the spooky forest before your at the poison apple(the bar where the knight gets kicked out of), where the bats are. Just look around. The second is in the Walking the Path level. Before the troll look around the bridge and on the right hand side you have to jump he should be there. And the third shop is in Prison Break. When you roll up the boulder to the top roll it back down. It should smash the door next to the last pig. This way you can also skip the troll. You need about 1200 coins for the 1st, 2000 coins for the 2nd, and 4000 for the 3rd. Good luck.

There's also one where in the level where something for I love tin cans one. The shop is on the right of where you have to defeat all of the pumpkins there.
