No you can't except for Devil Doom. And it's hyper Shadow

Only for the game's final boss, Devil Doom.

Actually, both of them are wrong you can turn into "SUPER SHADOW", but I was told, it's only for when you get on the level, and fight "Black Doom"at the end of the game("The Last Story Battle").

Yeah I guess you can if you count the Hyper Shadow level against Devil Doom. I'm pretty sure he absorbs all the chaos emeralds so it counts.
