Im made a mistake, I wrote that I was in the ESCAPE level before, but Im not. I am actually in the RESCUE level with Jayne on the roof above the big courtyard. That is where I am stuck, with no idea how to get her down off the roof or what to do next. Please help? Thanks again....

If you've just started, go UP. If she freaks out, use Charm to calm her down.
