One of the guard have it. But first you must get a blank disc from the storage room, then go in to all the offices and put some data on the disc, then you must go to the conference room with a big screen in then you will have a flash back.

The elevator has a number right? I don't remember because I only rent the game. The number is in the surgery room, on the computer. And I remember a card too. I think Dr. Brock drops it when you kill him. (He is near the guards quarters.)
