Question for Second Sight

I have a problem in the "Entrapped" level.
When I get to the point when I have to pull down both levers in the same time, how am I suppose to do it?

Start at one lever. Use your projection power to open over lever. Once done press c quickly and use pull the other one. Then sprint to the door

There's a better way.
Use Telekinesis at the floor grate near the door. Drop down and go into the next chamber. Pass through to another one. Defaet the soldiers there and climb out of the water and walk back to the first room you went through. Use the two levers manually, then go back and lead Jayne through.
