Is it where she is tied up by three metal ropes? If it is you have to shoot them I would suggest the sniper rifle because that is what I used. But make sure you have plenty of bullets because once she is free a lot of people will try and take her again and you will have to cover her.

Dude be more specific.you got to save her like 3 or 4 times because she got kidnap 2 to 3 times.
