I have been reading that it's easiest to exit back out of the door that leads to the catwalk (the door you entered in to fight krauser). When you re-enter, Krauser will be all the way at the end of the catwalk, allowing you to take out his legs and then his head with the rifle. Apparently you can exit and re-enter as many times as needed until he dies. I'm getting ready to try it myself, so let's hope this works!!!
