can someone please tell me how to beat Kaileena the second time?

Sure,

It dosen't matter if you have two swords or not( I usually throw it at her). Make sure you have all six sand tanks filled up. It would help if you had upgrades but there not necessary. When you start fighting do alot of attackin and then once you see and feel her block roll/flip backwards untill she can't hit you. When time seems to slow down and you didn't cause it tap L1 to use Eye of the Storm and cancel out her Eye of the Storm. You'll eventually get into a few sword locks. Once she goes onto the sand pilliar begin to roll around the stadium while constantly changing direction because the cyclones she sends out are extreemley harmful(good thing is they leave behind sand tanks). Do this process many times untill defeated. Ravages of Time and Cyclone of Fate will be of no use. Use Eye of the Storm when you can. I think the ending is pretty awsome.

P.S: Avoid the tornados by running around and rolling until they dissipate then collect the sand.

Just slow down time and hit her many times and when cyclones come, just keep on rolling around her.
And when she slow down time then slow down your time. By this, we will remain normal but she will be slow. Keep on slowing down time and hit her until she will be killed.
