How can pikachu learn volt takle it would really help if you can help me

Pikachu cannot learn Volt Tackle. It has to evolve into Raichu, then at level 50-59, he should learn Volt Tackle.
You need to have a light ball on pickachu and a ditto and put them in the day-care and wait untill the guy from the day-care comes out of the spot he is in and you will be asked to take care of an egg so take it and hatch the egg and it should be a pichu with volt tackle.....Sincerely Cjg152 The Pokemon master..
You have to get alight ball and give to pickachu then breed and the pichu will have volt tackle.
