Ho-Oh: In Colosseum, do the stuff you need to do and trade it to the GBA and then trade it to XD.
Mewtwo: Trade from Fire Red or Leaf Green.
You can get Ho-oh in Pokemon xd gale of darkness I believe you have to get all three starter Pokemon cyntaquil chikorita and totodile from battilus and then he will reward you with Ho-oh or you have to go to Prof krane and have the three Pokemon in your party and he will give you ho-oh
Dud ,all you have to do is to play on a gba a Pokemon game , and use cheats or something like that then save you're progression ,then go to the Pokemon centre (or something like that ) and extange it ,but before extange it ,prepare your pokemons Well :D
