Ok I did the full tempo on every chamber in the purify chamber.
I don't get why I can't purifiy Luigia!
Someone Help Me ASAP!!!!

In order to Purify Lugia...all of the other Shadow Pokemon in the game must be purified as well.
The you put him in the chamber and he will be purified as well. You do the same thing as you would do purifying all the other pokemon.
Put him in the middle Chamber, and they need max Flow too.
Or just purify everybody else.
