Ok guys in this game can you evolve like example scyther into scizor wit meetal coat witout tradeing it? Or slowbro wit kings rock?

You need to trade Scyther with a Metal Coat to make a Scizor and a Slowbro with a King's Rock to make a Slowking to Emerald, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Sapphire, and Ruby. But if you want those Pokemon, just trade it back.
No you must trade Scyther w/Metal Coat and Slowpoke(not Slowbro)w/King's Rock to encourage transformation into Scizor and Slowking.
