Hi guys I was wondering, can you catch normal Pokémon (Not Shadow pokémon)
In the wild or somewhere???

No I think not. You can catch Groung, Rock, Flying and other types of Pokemon.

Yes in fact you can. My friend told me that he tried it on his XD and it worked for him. He also said you need pokesnacks and leave them at a poke spot. Sometimes Munchlax will steal them.
