Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

Is it easier to beat the game with 1 good Pokemon or multiple weaker pokemon? I found it easier to beat Leaf Green with just a Venasaur. But that is a different game.

Try using Jolteon and a Houndoom I beat the game laughing at the people I beat because they were soooooooo easy to defeat with Jolteon and Houndoom.

I would go with the many weaker just so you're not screwed when you're best Pokemon dies... Because when rand Master Greevil he has a Lugia (use master ball for) and articuno, Zapdos, and moltres all lvl 50 shadow and an exaguttar (srry for spelling) a tauros that are lvl 46 both shadow and on other lvl 46 shadow that I don't remember... And if you lvl just one you're Pokemon might be too powerful to lower the shadow pokemons life and may just kill it... I beat the game with a Jolteon Urasang and a ninetales... And a few lower lvl Pokemon for backup...
