Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

Hi guys I was wondering where do you find the man who works in the Pokemon HQ and is always on his computer who Krane gives the data disc to but when I looked he was not there I will thank you so much if you tell me please tell me as soon as possible

He's outside, feeling sorry for himself because he couldn't get past the encryptions on the disk. Go outside, go down the brown steps and take a right, you should find him slowly walking along the path that leads to the second exit to Pokemon HQ.
Talk to him, he'll get startled and think you're Prof. Krane, and he'll spill that he couldn't hack the disk, then he'll realize it's only you, talk to you normally then Krane who overheard him and was by comes over and tells you to go to Pyrite and hand the disk to Nett at the top floor of the ONBS building.
